Faces of March is a modern rock band with a female lead singer, Gia. They come out of Florida with hopes of reaching every single radio station across the great USA. I really can't explain how boring Faces of March is. I don't think they have a chance in the big radio world. Oh, they do have a few things going for them. They are great musicians and Gia actually has a decent voice too. The production on Confessions is fabulous but that all falls apart when you don't have decent songs to back up the good musicians.
The song "Broken" is a perfect example of what I mean. It is bland, boring and contrived. Faces of March tends to borrow some ideas from Evanescence and some other radio rock bands but they lack the originality.
Now this could have the opposite effect as well. You know how most radio rock is quite bland and boring, some radio directors might pick up on Faces of March. There may be some people out there that will clamber for rock such as Confessions but I would recommend that you hold out for something with more originality. This sure ain't it.
