Gameface seem to have what it takes. They make completely radio friendly pop but as of yet have even caught the ear of any radio exec (oh yeah, cuz they have their heads shoved right up their asses). Still going strong after ten years, Gameface treats us with thier fourth full length album Always On. I think Gameface's secret is that they are sincere and true to themselves and their fans. If they wanted they could easily sign to a major label and get the bucks behind them and before you know it they would beplayed on the radio right beside Matchbox 20. The band uses clever lyrics and interesting melodies to create their brand of rock. This album has class written all over it from beginning to end. My expectations were raised after their split album with Errortype:11 earlier this year and they actually met, if not exceeded on all counts. I think the band just needs to shed all of the "emo punk post-hardcore" conotations and just admit that they are pop rock at it's best.
