Lou Barlow has been a bit depressed lately. It is apparent on both the new Sebadoh album and this one as well. Singing lyrics such as "there's more than gravity pushing on me" on "Gravity Decides". This album is a little more crisp and clean then their last effort Dare to be Suprised. It is well produced but still maintains the minimalistic overtones Barlow and Davis are known for. Funny how this band was supposed to be big after their hit 'Natural One" form the Kids soundtrack but IÂ think they are happy right where they are. I still find it amazing how different Folk Implosion sounds from Barlows other band Sebadoh.
