Okay this album is weird and trippy and cool and sometimes outta tune and fucked up and annoying but mostly interesting and psychedelic and definitely different in a mostly good way. Id never listened to Pavement or any of Malkmuss previous solo albums& just picked this one up after reading a few interesting/good reviews.
Wow, this album is incredible.
Its like someone put Sonic Youths Murray Street album, Wilco, Lou Reed, Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Televisions Marquee Moon album in a blender and pressed kill.
Beware though: its a strange bird. Keep rockin it and see if it grows on you.
