This band is clearly amazing with their instruments. My mouth literally dropped at the start of Only Ash Remains. But, that's all this band relies on. This band is only trying to impress the listener with their technical wankery. After I got over the impressive skills of their respected instruments, I felt as if the album lost all of it's fire. The songs all sound the same and they leave you feeling empty on the inside. If you want Technical Death Metal without anything in it but wankery, this is definitely for you. If you want something like this that offers more, I'd say get some Spawn of Possession. I got a little saying about Technical Death Metal, "Techdeath is like a broom, it always sweeps, but, it never gets the job done."
