Its not my fault you cant take real, pound for pound music on a level beyond what you can handle.... Danzig soars with this album. He taps into true hate, anger and energized passion with each song. I'm not a big fan of cover songs by anyone, anytime, ever...... But at least he changed Hand of Doom enough to where it sounds like a different song, not just the same song by Sabbath recorded in a lower or faster key. This album is just what it says, BLACK AS THE DEVIL baby! BLACKACIDEVIL is my TOP danzig album. Because it simply will not stop pounding your brains out.

and I say so what if an artist of his calibre wants to experiment...the songs in this album show a darker more erotic side to His Evilness.
Many fans love this CD...and I'm one of them...
sure Glenn makes a slight left turn into the industrial metal genre...but it leads to a hell of an album!
