Burning and sharp ska and Two-Tone, with a dose of humor and cockiness that comes from being around 25 years and kicking it hardcore from NYC all the way. This year they will be touring as a five piece, with the ever-present Bucket Hingley on vocals as usual. Though you know what to expect here, you need it. Good ska is both joyous and fearless, and no one plays both of those cards like the Toasters.
The tunes here are rock solid and rock steady, which you would expect from a band that has played over 4 thousand gigs over the years. Kudos to Stomp for giving us another gem from a band that stands with the best, and for a record that stands with the band’s best
