I'm totally in agreement with you on all your Clash reviews, Honey Dont. Even though Combat Rock was the album to push them into the mainstream (and actually originally turn me onto them), it is the diversity and completeness of London Calling that made the Clash legendary. Not this album.

Combat Rock is not my favourite Clash album. There, I said it. I can forgive Rock the Casbah and Should I Stay due to the fact that Straight To Hell is probably my favourite Clash song. Straight To Hell is gorgeous. One of those few songs that give me chills without fail. I've experienced mass singalogs of this song and to put it simply, it was magic.
