After the death of Kurt Cobain, Nirvana ultimately died, leaving one of the world's most amazing bands in the dust, but out of the dust, Dave Grohl and three other friends decided it was time to honor Kurt, and so Dave Grohl traded his drum sticks for guitar picks as he conceived Foo Fighters, an aggressive new band that would thrive in the late 90's and the 21st Century with amazing songs, and fantastic guitar, Drave Grohl's first album with FF was the Colour and Shape which produced many awesome singles including the phenomanal "Everlong" and other great songs such as "My Hero", "Monkey Wrench", and "Hey Johnny Park!" overall this is what rock and alternative music is all about, and this started one exceptional band that didn't stop when a friend was downed.
