Ah, the old B-sides record. Although the b-sides are usually just one for the collectors, this one is certainly worth buying! There definitely some absolute gems on this one. I think it is also certainly fair to say that this record covers a broader range of genres then Siamese Dream, the era from which the B-sides primarily come from. There is the wonderful cover of Landslide (originally written by Stevie Nicks), a sensitive and gentle cover by Billy Corgan alone on guitar and vocals. While at the heavier end of the musical spectrum, it features the belt-it-out riffery of Hello Kitty Kat. If you found yourself a fan of the pumpkins mainly during their Siamese Dream period, then this is a must-buy.
My track picks:Landslide, Hello Kitty Kat, A Girl Named Sandoz
