Loud, Fast and Snotty! Inquistion keeps the frills to a minimum, and kicks out the jams with fury and humor, the way it is supposed to be. Revolution was their only release, its members having since gone on to various projects such as Ann Beretta, Strike Anywhere, and River City High. So this is both a hello and goodbye to a band that should have raved on for years. Furious, smart tracks dominate, with a crunching rhythm behind buzzsaw riffs. "We got A bomb" and "Doubting Thomas" could have come out of SST in 1984. Likewise, "Copsong" and "Idle Kids" both harken back to trad punk themes and rise above them. Inquisition will be sorely missed, as much as they were ignored in their brief run.
