Ontario's own ambassadors of loud rock, Maximum RNR are back with another brief dose of blistering songs. The music is fast and furious and really just extends what we heard on their self-titled EP. The boys rip into the opening track like it was a kids christmas present. It's called "Trust Us" and if it is a call out to their fans about their music then indeed, one must Trust Maximum RNR to hold the light for loud rock. My favorite of the six tracks is the closer though. "I Hate The Cold" had my ears ringing more than the rest of the EP.
And for your listening pleasure the songs are repeated over and over until your ears bleed. No seriously, there are 8 sets of the six songs, which on their own are over in a matter of minutes. First time I have seen this other than on a kids CD. And brother, this ain't no kids music.
