RecommendYou may be unfamiliar with Wagon Christ but once you realize that the man known as Wagon Christ also co-exists as Luke Vibert (His real name) and Plug. Yup, another one of those multi-named electronica artists. Now that you have that figured out, it's time to introduce you to Musipal, Wagon Christ's new offering. This is his first for Ninja Tunes but it's not hard to imagine him on the NT roster. Musipal is a strange but loveable creature. It's starts out all wacky using crazy samples from all over the place but closer to the end of the disc it's starts to enter this groovy funk zone. It even kicks into a disco jam at one point. The album zigs and zags but it always manages to stay on track and provide a thoroughly enjoyable listen.
