RecommendStraight from their promo kit "STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: Hypnotic, atmospheric, rythmic, minimalistic, bewitching, intelligent electro-pop." That about sums it up. The band consists of Christophe Jaquet (voice), Christian Garcia (guitar & electronic), and Stephane Vecchione (drums). They come up with some very atmospheric music with some fun samples. Christophe's vocals are truly amazing! Very wispy but they add alot to the entire mix. Some tracks get quite crazy and out of control where as others tend to keep form quite nicely. Not a fully electronica outfit but they show initiative because they actually play their instruments. If you like your electronica very ambient then Velma could tickle your tastebuds.
