Ever wonder what happened to Tracii Guns? No, me neither but he and Nikki Sixx from Motley Crue fame (could there actually be another?) have created a new project in the form of Brides of Destruction. They have brought in studio drummer Scot Coogan and virtually unknown vocalist London LeGrand into the mix to create a fairly standard heavy rock, ala early 90s. What, did you expect these boys to have something new under their belt? They know what they know and that's about it. There are some tracks that aren't too bad but others that are complete crap like "Brace Yourself". It's probably one of the most over-produced pieces of shit that I have ever heard. There is absolutely no substance to it. The album kicks off with the lead single, the cleverly titled "Shut The Fuck Up". It actually reminds me of maybe a mix between Guns and Roses and Sex Pistols. It's probably one of the only good tracks on here. "I Don't Care" is probably one of the most predictable metal/hard rock songs ever. This album is definitely not a necessity. Pass it up for Motley Crue's Shout At The Devil or some other classic slab. There's really not enough substance to recommend.
