That's not a typo up there. The name of this group is Lizette &. Like Lizette and the rest of the band because this band was put together by Swedish songwriter Lizette von Panajott. The albums starts off strong with the title track, a little reminiscent of Alanis with a little more electronics being prominent. She kind of follows this vein with the next two tracks ("Breathe", "Wastland") but then goes in a completely different direction with "Alright", a very gentle ballad that verges on a jazz torch song. It's different until it blasts out just over half way through the song. It's after this where Lizette and company end up a little on the generic side of things. "Better" is a good song but it doesn't really stand out. "Evil" is more along the lines of separating her songwriting out from other female artists. A track like "Mother" sounds fairly standard for a female rock band but most actually stand out as something a little different. For the most part, Lizette & is a fairly driving band with some dance elements to them. You might say that they have a bit of an industrial element to them, even if it is totally accessible.
