I have a friend who knew some people who actually saw this gig and they said it was awful. Well, I must say that Tracy Young comes off sounding pretty good here on disc. She mixes a trance sound with a bit of a tribal beat on tracks like Gloria Estefan's "Wrapped". For a gay festival like The White Party you really can't go wrong by remixing Cyndi Lauper. Tracy chooses to give "Shine" a once over and does a fairly good job at it too. Tracy puts a couple of her own original songs on the mix too like "Believe In We" and "Ferosh". They both fit in the mix nicely. I can see the fans disappointment in this mix though. It seems to lack that build up that usually make these sets so energy packed. It is solid throughout but it doesn't have the climax that ravers are looking for. It should be mentioned that proceeds from this album are going to Care Resource, an HIV/AIDS service organization.
