RecommendAirdrawndagger is not quite the album you would expect from world renowned DJ Sasha, probably known best for his performances with partner John Digweed. Airdrawndagger is more of a play on stretching out trance music to the point that it literally takes you into a trance. The production value of this album is amazing with samples popping out all over the place making your stereo come alive. There are some tracks like “Golden Arm� that really show his trance skills and gets the party going nicely. “Requiem�, on the other hand, is a very mellow affair. Something you would rather float in a dream with than dance the night away to. Airdrawndagger does allow Sasha to reach into some areas that he hasn’t been able to enter with his live mix albums. This is an album just ready for some DJ to cut into his mix and become a hero himself. For this we have Sasha to thank.
