RecommendGuy Davis has taken over the throne of country blues quite gracefully. He injects a fresh sound and feeling into the genre that only happens every once and a while in the blues field. With this being his fourth album for Red House Records he has more or less come into his own style and is sounding more confident than ever. Not only does he continue his low key stripped - down songs but many here have wonderful full band accompaniment. A must for any blues lover.
