RecommendThis is a nice mix in the fact that it isn’t being sold with any hitmakers on it. Hamptons to Ibiza was mixed and produced by little known DJ Ernie Lake (aparently a 2 time Grammy Nominee producer and remixer) and he also contributes three original tracks to the mix too. Other artists involved are Spirits of Soul, Bossa Beat, Lena Conquest, Mia, Umbrella, Six Senses, Trigger, Kim Sozi, and Groovey Duo. It is a down tempo mix meant for chilling out too and it succeeds very nicely with slower tempo beats and etheral vocals. The mix is a little different in the fact that it is brighter and has happier overtones to it than the standard “chill� album. Downtempo fans will find pleasure in the 24 hour odyssey presented by Ernie. It is a good mix and just different enough to warrant attention.
