Most would agree most popular artists out there have something truly special to give to their fans. This goes above the typical attributes like raw talent, amazing songs, nice voice, or even a very marketable look, sound & image. There's something truly infectious at the core of these artists that simply makes us feel good when we listen to them. Whatever "it" is - they all seem to have "it".
Today I listened to the latest CD from Classical Piano Composer Bruno Bavota who comes to us from Italy. He just released his latest CD entitled: I1 Pozzo d'Amour released in 2012. Venturing to their World Wide Web I get the impression Bavota is one artist that is extremely determined and passionate about the songwriting craft. From start to finish this CD from Bruno Bavota delivers a very entertaining musical experience overall. It has a very striking, passionate Classical vibe, and even dabbles in Modern Neo-Classical. It also reminds me of Marco Decimo, and Fabrizio Paterlini. Any fans of any of these musical styles or bands will enjoy this latest release from Bavota. It's clearly marketed for those who like a solitary classical piano front. I get the impression Bavota is being true to himself within this compelling 12 track experience. In other words he hits the mark remarkably well by just by being who he is musically. Favorite tracks include (La danza delle stelle ) and (Al di l? dei sogni ). All songs provide the perfect listening environment for Classical Piano. What's more impressive is Bavota digs a bit deeper than the next Modern Neo- Classical player. If you focus in closely on his overall playing style it's comparable to a gentile river. Sometimes the journey is gentile and peaceful, and other times mysterious and filled with rising tension. Within each one of these pieces Bavota bares his soul and delivers what I would call pure musical mojo. It offers much in the way of passion and compelling-thought provoking melodic content. The overall vibe of the production is very captivating and uplifting and cheerful pockets of hope shining through.
I enjoyed Bruno Bavota in all facets. His music offers an amazing snapshot of music not many can comprehend of fully appreciate. I see Bruno Bavota as a diamond in the rough, with an amazing amount of potentials as not only a Musician but as a Classical Composer. As time goes by he will no doubt hear more from him perhaps in US markets. Classical music has stood the test of time and there is a huge fanbase her in the US that could really appreciate and enjoy the touch of Bruno Bavota. I also would not be surprised to hear her music on Classical Radio someday here in the US or even in a film. In close most famous artists out there have "it" I'm not so sure what it but Bruno Bavota have whatever "it" may be.
