Things aren't all happy for The Sheila Divine. Lead vocalist Aaron Perrino might have a gloomy outlook on the world but he can sure let the world know. Being a very talented songwriter the debut he has put together is a very emotional, albeit a little gloomy, album. The band plays their heart out and manages to come up with a very melodic downtempo rock album. They do sound a bit like some past artists like the Smiths but they manage to borrow just enough to be able to call the sound their own. If you haven't heard their track "Hum" on the radio yet it wont be long as it is such a catchy tune. The Sheila Divine may acheive rock star status as they have a sound that sets them apart from other acts.
