This was an exceedingly irritating yet unassailably catchy little song from a German pop outfit. Deceptively complex, it features what appears to be the sounds of one of those early video games, the tennis one with the bouncing ball, and may actually be the first time this has been done. Alternatively, the sound comes from a casio portable keyboard, the type the school music teacher would try and interest bored kids with. Either way, it was extremely simple and very effective, for there is nothing catchier than those three syllables. German or English, it didn't sound much different and never made any sense.
