Once A Flock of Seagulls had signed to major label, I regarded them as a singles band and generally ignored their albums. Of all the stuff A Flock of Seagulls did at this time, this was far and away the best. It is an excellent song with a very catchy riff and hook line. The lyrics on this were better than the band had produced before and marked a distinct improvement in quality in that regard. The slowed down tempo made it more mournful and all the better for it. This was definitely the best from the follically challenged new romantics.
