An attempt to capture the moment of a Bob Marley concert almost comes off in this live single. In any event this version is far better than the studio version. If there is a fault, it is that the live version is too long. I can't say I've been a great fan of Marley, heretical though that sounds. In truth I always preferred Peter Tosh. This, however, is Marley doing a love song. Slower than a lot of his other well-known songs, every time I hear it I picture people, half asleep with exhaustion, propping each other up on the dance floor in one of those last couple standing dance competitions of the Great Depression. Perhaps given the current economic climate, this song will make something of a comeback, assuming of course, it ever went away in the first place.
