What makes it stand out is that incredibly simple, yet catchy hook, and the sing-a-long style of the refrain. What mars it is the speeding up of the tempo at the end, but you can't hold a good song back because of one flaw. This song may well have disappeared without trace had it not been for the fact that, as it was playing one day in a laundrette, Nick Kamen walked in, took his jeans off and threw them in the washing machine. Nothing like a well-formed male arse to boost a singles sales except perhaps a cracking pair of tits.
