Freaky Flow is now world renowned as a Drum and Bass DJ but there is one thing people forget, he is very creative at it by throwing in all sorts of other styles into his dj mixes. It must have something to do with his diverse upbringing. Freaky Flow was introduced to everything from Soul Jazz to Garage to House and Hip Hop when he was young. He then discovered the driving sounds of drum and bass and decided to travel that path. He tried doing the label thing with his partner in crime, MC Flipside but in the end put his Placebo Records project on hold. He was then able to concentrate on his performance. This would have a lot to do with getting signed on at the influential Moonshine records on which World Domination is to come out on. He hasn’t given up on his clothing line though. You will often find him sporting his Modrobes Clothing. World Domination is a great and diverse selection of d&b tracks that never leave you out in the dust. MC Flipside brings us in with his intro and we hear from him again with the Outro. The first true track is from fellow Canadian superstar, Nelly Furtado. Say what? Yeah, Freaky Flow came across a killer remix of “Party� by Slip and Slide (which includes Talvin Singh). There are some other treats on World Domination but I will leave those to you to discover. All you need to know is that Freaky Flow can kick with the best in the Drum and Bass arena. He will be welcome among his new label-mates AK1200 and DJ Dara.
