Usually, when an artist tries to combine two genres in one song, it ends up in a disaster. But Rendezvous managed to pull it off.

I especially love "So What"; it makes me feel both relaxed and energized at the same time.

Rendezvous songs have a jazz groove that is easy for me to follow. I'm usually lost when listening to jazz, but this band knows how to make music that's not only for them, but also for us, so to speak. Theirs are the kind of songs I would include in my mp3 player if I were to go on a long trip. It would help to have songs like theirs, especially if I want to feel like I were home again.

Listening to "No Mans Land" makes me feel like I were in a lounge. I've listened to some renditions of electronica before, but they don't seem to sound as friendly as Rendezvous songs, so I'm a bit partial to them.

I love the saxophone bit in "Incognito"! Sounds so professional and so suave. Incognito was the very first song I heard and I fell in love with it immediately. I keep hearing the tinkling piano notes that I float up everytime I listen to this song. It reminds me of rain on my window: graceful and natural.

To be quite frank, I first heard of Rendezvous not so long ago. I thought they were the kind of band who should go mainstream. It seems God heard my prayers, because I just heard that they are finally releasing a debut album. I've been watching teaser videos of Rendezvous (http://www.youtube.com/user/OfficialRendezvous) and I can't wait to hear the full album!
