I first heard this artist mentioned regarding the Michael Jackson tour "This is it". I heard her song, According to You on the radio (91.7 I believe), and was blown away by her guitar sound. She reminds me a little of Kelly Clarkson sound in her early days. I think that maybe this album is more produced than others I've listened to, but I still like it, despite it seeming to jump on the pop bandwagon like so many other artists. Her voice seems to be a little digitalized, but her mix of rock and pop is catchy. Her guitar solos are amazing. An excellent song on the album in my opinion is Highly Strung with Steve Vai. Check her out and comment on what you think.
