Dude, It was 14 years ago Raekwon released "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx..." and it was massive. I didn't expect he would release a part 2 of this shit. But one thing is for sure, "This is the shit".
"Only Built For Cuban Linx Part II" was produced with a production team of much like a basketball team roster with 13 producers. But ain't nothing funny about that because the CD is a masterpiece.
"Raekwon" puts up a hell of a record where it has magnificent beats and off-the-hook rhymes that will keep you nodding your head when you hear it. The album is very reminiscent of "Wu-Tang Clan" with a rousing brand of East Coast Hip-Hop.
In "House Of Flying Daggers", Raekwon collaborates with four of his friends from Wu-Tang Clan namely "Ghostface Killa", "Inspecta Deck", "GZA" and "Method Man". It has harsh lyrics mixed with Industrial beats. "10 Bricks" has well-produced beats blended with brash and fatal lyrics.
So here it is. 90's hip-hop is back with a bang!!!
