Although Kenseth Thibideau is not a household name yet, he has had his hands in quite a few projects in the past three years. Kenseth has done time in the bubbling under Tarantel and then moving on to Rumah Sakit. He then joined a band called Thingy and with the release of Howard Hello Thibideau is onto doing his solo work. Howard Hello is more of an intimate work sharing responsibilities with Marty Anderson (Dilute) and Wendy Allen (The Court and Spark). Howard Hello is a gentle look into Kenseth’s subconsious and what we see is a pleasant view of airy strings and minimal arrangements. The songs are very ambient and wordless (almost completely) to provide a perfect mellow background. Some of the tracks get a little dark but never to the point of depressing. Howard Hello adds to a very impressive resume of Kenseth Thibideau.
