The Spill Canvas is the brainchild of Sioux Falls, SD native Nick Thomas. The project started as an acoustic act and has since evolved into the emotionally intense full band that it is today. Together with drummer Joe Beck, guitarist Dan Ludeman, and bassist Scott McGuire, TSC with a heart-wrenching live show has been astounding audiences from
LA to the UK.
Their debut album, Sunsets & Car Crashes, was released in 2003. Their second album One Fell Swoop was produced by Ed Rose (The Get Up Kids, Motion City Soundtrack, etc.) and is in stores everywhere now. Denial Feels So Good, their latest EP, was released May 1st by Warner Bros. Records. Following a spot on the Vans Warped Tour this summer, The Spill Canvas will release their third full-length album this fall.
